#TEST
The Test de connaissance du français (TCF) is a French-language proficiency test used for immigration, citizenship, and admission to French-language educational institutions.

Before registering for your test, please carefully review the applicable terms and conditions.

Choose Your TCF Test: TCF Québec or TCF Canada

There are two versions of the TCF depending on your immigration, citizenship, or academic goals: TCF Québec and TCF Canada.

TCF Québec is intended for individuals applying for immigration to Quebec, while TCF Canada is used for Canadian immigration or citizenship applications outside Quebec.

If your goal is to demonstrate your French proficiency for academic purposes, we recommend confirming with your educational institution which version of the TCF they accept.

TCF Québec

For Quebec immigration
Depending on your specific immigration situation, you may only be required to take certain sections of the test, such as oral comprehension and oral expression. Please verify the exact requirements that apply to you with the Government of Quebec.

TCF Québec candidates may take the individual test sections separately. Each section can therefore be completed independently.

All registrations are final and non-refundable.

The TCF Canada requires candidates to complete all four sections of the examination:

Oral comprehension
Oral expression
Reading comprehension
Written expression

Please make sure to consult the latest requirements from the Government of Canada before registering.

Candidates taking the TCF Canada must complete all four sections during the same test session.

All registrations are final and non-refundable.
